I'm Sara, your intuitive guide and healer, ready to take you on an extraordinary expedition of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment. As a dedicated, trauma-informed wellness practitioner, I’m here to help you come home—to yourself, your truth, and the joy that’s always been waiting within.

As the founder of Guiding Light Vitality, my mission is to illuminate the path of transformation with love, wisdom, and integrity. I walk between worlds—the mystical and the grounded, the ancient and the modern—and bring that integrated awareness to every session, circle, and soul I serve.

Connection — with the divine, with self, and with community — forms the beating heart of my values.

I come from a richly diverse background, shaped by cultures, teachings, and lived experiences from around the world. My practice is rooted in spiritual insight, emotional intelligence, and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey. I’m not afraid of the dark—I believe it’s often where the most light is revealed. With warmth and authenticity, I help people meet themselves fully, release what no longer serves, and step into freedom.

Along the way, I’ve accumulated a well-rounded set of tools and certifications in intuitive reading, energy work, Reiki and yoga. I have also been privileged to immerse myself in centuries-old traditions from Kabbalah, Tarot and Chinese medicine, to dance and healing somatic movement. These modalities and teachings, honed over years, have not only shaped my journey but have become medicine for my clients as well.

Within the sanctuary of my practice, I offer comprehensive and personalized experiences that extend beyond mere guidance; each space held is a holistic endeavor, addressing the intricate dance of your mind, body, and soul.
