I offer a range of session lengths so you can choose the pace and depth that feels right for you. Longer sessions allow us to go deeper, while shorter sessions offer powerful clarity and support when time is limited. For those who feel called to go deeper, I offer multi-session packages and immersive containers to support your journey, upon request.
