The Vital Woman Experience presents:
Say Yes to your soul
A transformational retreat for the wild woman ready to live her truth.
October 22 - 26, 2026
If you are a courageous, open-hearted woman who has spent years being strong, capable, and responsible — showing up for everyone else while quietly feeling disconnected from yourself — Say Yes to Your Soul is your invitation to reclaim your radiance. This is your sanctuary to come home to yourself, reconnect with your intuition, remember your power, and create a life aligned with who you truly are.
Five sacred, soul-awakening, and unforgettable days in the red rocks of Sedona will bridge the gap between the life you’ve built and the life your soul is asking for. Here, you get to soften into who you truly are, leaving with renewed clarity, inspiration, and the embodied trust to say yes to the path that has been calling you.
This is not a vacation. It is a turning point.
Imagine taking the biggest exhale of your life.
The kind that moves through your body like it has been waiting years to arrive.
As you arrive in Sedona, the air feels different. Dry, expansive, still. The red rock formations rise from the earth like ancient witnesses, holding a quiet presence that immediately slows something inside you. The land feels timeless and awake. The noise of your everyday life begins to fall away without effort. Something begins to melt deep inside your chest.
Mornings here begin gently. Soft light spilling across the desert. The warmth of tea in your hands. The subtle awakening of your body through movement, breath, and presence. Nothing rushed. Nothing demanded. Just space to arrive fully into yourself.
As the day unfolds, you move between experiences that open and restore you. You may find yourself sitting in circle with other women, speaking truths you didn’t realize you were ready to say. You dance. You play and create. You immerse yourself in nature and relaxation. Hour by hour, layer by layer, you begin to uncover the wisdom, gifts, and truth that have been within you all along.
There is time here. Time to rest. Time to feel. Time to soften into the parts of you that have been held tightly for far too long. Laughter emerges naturally. Connection deepens without effort. The need to perform begins to dissolve. As you share nourishing meals with new lifelong friends, it occurs to you that you are held and supported in a way you never imagined. You do not have to carry what’s inside you all alone anymore.
As evening arrives sunset lights the sky on fire, eventually giving way to a blanket of stars and the beaming Taurus full moon. You warm yourself by the fire and release into the flames all of the fears, patterns, and limiting beliefs that have kept you playing small. You feel lighter and clearer as you watch them burn, ready to replace the old with a fresh canvas colored by alignment, joy, and deep meaning.
Somewhere in it all, you notice something quietly remarkable. The world inside you becomes quieter. You realize you are not bracing anymore. Not holding everything together. Not reaching for the next thing. Time is measured only by the steady rhythm of your breath.
And in that presence, something returns. The version of you that has always been there underneath everything else. Unguarded, alive and joyously FREE. You start to hear your own voice again—not the voice of expectation, or fear, or responsibility—but the quiet voice of your inner knowing.
This is what it feels like to say yes to your soul.
“What makes the desert beautiful is that it hides, somewhere, a well.”
— Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, 'The Little Prince'
The desert is not empty. It is a place where the noise falls away, where the unnecessary is stripped back, and where you are invited to meet yourself beneath everything you thought you had to be.
The desert is a place of stripping away. It removes the noise, the distractions, the excess — until all that remains is what is real.
You know this feeling.
You’ve tried the yoga classes. The meditation apps. The self-development courses. You’ve read the books, followed the accounts, listened to the podcasts, and done the inner work. And something in you has shifted — but not enough. Not in the way you know is possible.
Because here’s what no one tells you: transformation is not just about collecting more knowledge. The tools are the doorway. But the doorway only opens when you create enough space to slow down, feel, listen, and reconnect with the wisdom that has been within you all along.
You have spent years being strong for everyone else. Showing up. Delivering. Being the one people count on. And somewhere in the middle of carrying it all, you stopped asking yourself the most important question:
What do I actually need?
Not because you don’t deserve it. Because you became so practiced at giving, achieving, and holding everything together that receiving started to feel unfamiliar.
You don’t need to become someone new. You don’t need to find some missing piece of yourself. You need permission to trust what you already know, to want what you actually want, to stop living the life that was expected of you and start living the one you came here to live.
Because there is a voice inside you that has always known you were made for more. More than the routines, roles, expectations, and responsibilities. More than a life that checks all the boxes from the outside but leaves you wondering, “Is this really it?”
You’ve heard that voice before. Maybe in quiet moments. Maybe late at night when your mind is searching for something you can’t quite name. Maybe in the moments where you feel the pull toward something deeper, freer, and more alive.
That voice is your soul.
And it has been waiting for you to listen.
This is why Say Yes to Your Soul is not just a retreat. It is a space to practice living from that deeper place.
The magic of Sedona
There is something about Sedona that cannot be fully explained—only experienced.
The desert slows everything down. It softens the noise of the mind, strips away excess, and brings you into a more intimate relationship with what is real, present, and alive in your being.
On top of it’s breathtaking beauty, this land has been considered sacred for centuries. Long before it became a destination for healing and spiritual exploration, Sedona was a ceremonial site for indigenous tribes. It is known for its ‘vortex’ sites, or enigmatic natural energy points where many people report feeling a heightened sense of clarity, expansion, emotional release, and inner awareness. Some describe it as a place where the veil feels thinner. Where what has been suppressed rises gently to the surface. Where truth becomes harder to ignore and easier to feel.
Geologically, Sedona rests on a bed of red rock formations rich in iron oxide and layered with quartz-bearing sandstone. Many believe these minerals contribute to the energetic amplification quality experienced by visitors. Whether attributed to metaphor, science, or something in between, what is undeniable is that people often feel more awake, more sensitive, and more attuned here.
Sedona does not give you anything you do not already have. It is a powerful mirror revealing the truth that is already lies within you. That is what makes it such a powerful place for transformation: The stillness of the desert reflects back your own inner landscape. The vastness of the star-studded sky expands your sense of possibility. The red rocks seem to hold steady while everything within you begins to shift.
It is often said that when you visit Sedona, you become the vortex. The experience does not end when you leave, but continues to move through you long after you return home. This is why so many people describe their time here as a turning point. Not because Sedona changes them into someone new, but because it makes it harder to forget who they already are.
The declarations of the soul heard here have a way of echoing long after you leave.
The experience
This retreat has been intentionally designed as a multi-layered journey of healing, remembrance, embodiment, and transformation.
Each experience is woven together to support one core intention: helping you reconnect with yourself on every level—mind, body, heart, and soul.
The Sedona Wolf Sanctuary
You will step into the enclosure with rescued wolves— some of the most intuitive, present beings on the planet—in a sacred, ethical sanctuary experience. This hands-on encounter offers a profound mirror into your own authenticity, instinct, and presence—and often reveals more than words ever could.
Goddess Yoga & Embodiment
Goddess Yoga is a sacred movement practice created by women, for women’s bodies. This one-of-a-kind experience brings you back into your body, your pleasure and your feminine power. You will also enjoy daily gentle movement and somatic practices (like breathwork), in order to ground a sense of freedom and authenticity from the inside out.
Full Moon Release Ceremony
We gather around the fire for a powerful group ritual held under the full moon on October 25th. Together we release what is complete, honor what has been learned, and create space for what is ready to emerge.
Shamanic Reiki (1:1 Session)
Each participant receives a private energetic healing session with Sara curated to support emotional, energetic, and spiritual clearing & alignment. This is a deep reset for your nervous system, your field, and your sense of self.
Soul discovery workshops
At the heart of this retreat is a journey back to your authentic self. Through transformational workshops, you'll explore the beliefs, patterns, and conditioning that have shaped your life and uncover the deeper truth of who you are beneath them. Together, we'll strengthen your connection to your intuition, honor the wisdom of your lineage, and reconnect with the unique blueprint your soul came here to express.
Sedona land immersion
The land itself is part of the medicine. Through guided hikes, vortex experiences, and intentional time among Sedona's breathtaking red rocks, you'll be invited into a deeper relationship with nature, stillness, and yourself. There is something about the desert that quiets the mind and softens the noise of everyday life, creating space to listen more deeply to your own inner wisdom.
Sacred tea & cacao ceremonies
Begin each day with a zen tea ceremony, inviting you to slow down, soften and reconnect with the present moment. A heart-opening experience with ceremonial cacao gently guides you into deeper connection—with yourself, in sisterhood, and with the natural world around you. Presence becomes the doorway through which the soul is remembered.
Soul care & restoration
Throughout the retreat, you'll have dedicated time to nourish your nervous system and simply receive. Enjoy a restorative sound bath, opportunities for creative expression, unstructured free time, and access to the home's wellness amenities, including the barrel sauna, hot tub, and pool. Whether you're journaling beneath the desert sky, sharing stories around the fire pit, or taking a quiet moment for yourself, these spacious moments are an essential part of the journey.
… And many more fun activities and surprises!
THE WISDOM OF THE WOLF
Deep within every woman lives a calling. A quiet voice beneath the noise. A sacred whisper inviting her to break free from the cages of perfection, people-pleasing, and self-abandonment and return to the truth of who she is. To reclaim her instinct. Her intuition. Her deep feminine knowing. To remember the wild soul within her: untamed, radiant, and alive with sacred mystery.
In Women Who Run With the Wolves, Clarissa Pinkola Estés writes of the Wild Woman archetype, the instinctive nature that lives within every woman. The part of us that knows how to trust ourselves, honor our truth, and live in alignment with our soul.
Yet somewhere along the way, many of us lose touch with that part of ourselves. We become disconnected from our instincts. We second-guess our knowing. We silence the voice within.
Wolf medicine has a way of helping us remember.
One of the most meaningful experiences woven into our retreat journey is a private visit to the Sedona Wolf Sanctuary, a sacred refuge dedicated to the healing, protection, and care of rescued wolves. Here, you'll have the rare opportunity to step onto sacred land, walk the medicine wheel, learn about the pack, and experience these magnificent animals in an ethical, heart-centered environment where every interaction happens entirely on their terms.
More than an opportunity to encounter these extraordinary animals, this experience invites us into a deeper relationship with instinct, trust, resilience, and the wisdom that already lives within us. For generations, wolves have been honored as teachers. They remind us of the power of community, the importance of trusting our instincts, and the courage it takes to remain true to our nature. In many ways, they embody the very essence of what this retreat is about: remembering who you are beneath the noise, expectations, and conditioning of the world around you.
“The doors to the world of the wild Self are few but precious. If you have a deep scar, that is a door. If you have an old, old story, that is a door. If you love the sky and the water so much you almost cannot bear it, that is a door. If you yearn for a deeper life, a full life, a sane life, that is a door.”
— Dr Clarissa Pinkola Estés, 'Women Who Run With The Wolves'
Your soul’s yes
You will leave Sedona knowing what your next yes is.
Not because I told you. Not because someone else gave you the answer. Because you created enough space to finally hear yourself again.
You will leave feeling lighter, more connected, and more alive — with a deeper trust in your intuition, your gifts, and the inner wisdom that has been guiding you all along. You will release the patterns, fears, and emotional weight that have kept you disconnected from yourself, reconnect with your truth, and remember what it feels like to move through life from alignment instead of survival.
You will stop waiting for the perfect moment, the perfect sign, or permission from someone else to begin. You will remember that the answers you have been seeking are not outside of you. All that you need is within you. It always has been there, and it always will be there.
Through this experience, you will tap into your feminine power, your creativity, your passion, and your unique way of contributing to the world. You will begin to understand the gifts that make you who you are and feel more confident expressing them fully — creating a life with more freedom, authenticity, and fulfillment.
And you will not walk this path alone.
You will leave with a circle of women who saw you — not the version you perform, but the real, authentic you — and who will continue to hold that vision for you long after the retreat ends.
Through this experience, you will reconnect with:
✨ The ability to make decisions from clarity instead of fear
✨ A deeper connection to your intuition and inner guidance
✨ The confidence to trust your desires, your gifts, and the path unfolding for you
✨ A renewed relationship with yourself rooted in self-trust, compassion, and worthiness
✨ A clearer understanding of the patterns, beliefs, and stories that have kept you from fully stepping forward
✨ A deeper connection to your wild woman spirit — reclaiming your intuition, inner power, and the parts of yourself you were taught to silence
✨ A felt sense of connection — to yourself, to nature, to the Divine, and to a circle of women who see you
✨ A community of women who speak your language and remind you of who you are when you forget
You will not leave the same woman who arrived.
This is for you if…
You feel the quiet knowing that there is more available to you in this life — but you can’t quite see how to access it from where you are now.
On the outside, your life may look “fine” or even successful — but internally you feel misaligned, disconnected, or quietly unfulfilled
You feel like your nervous system has been “on” for too long and you don’t know how to fully relax anymore
You have been curious about spirituality, intuition, or personal growth, but you are seeking something real, grounded, and embodied — not abstract or performative
You sense that you are intuitive, sensitive, or deeply aware, but you don’t fully trust your own inner knowing
You are at a threshold moment in your life — a relationship, career, identity, or chapter is shifting, and you are craving clarity on what comes next
You are exhausted from being the strong, responsible one — the one who holds everything together — and you are ready to be supported instead of carrying it all alone
You feel a pull toward something more instinctual, free, and wild within you, but you’ve spent years suppressing it to stay safe, responsible, or “together”
You are ready to stop outsourcing your truth and begin trusting yourself deeply enough to actually live from it
If you feel a yes in your body as you read this, trust that.
THis is not for you if…
You are looking for a passive retreat experience or a surface-level escape from your life
You are unwilling to slow down, go inward, and feel what is present in your body and emotions
You are not open to working with your nervous system, inner patterns, and subconscious beliefs as part of your transformation
You want someone to give you all the answers, rather than learning how to access your own inner guidance and truth
You are not willing to be seen, participate, or engage in a shared group healing experience
You are not ready to take responsibility for your own growth, choices, and next steps
This is a guided experience — but the transformation comes from your willingness to meet yourself fully.
Meet Your Guide
For most of my life, I was someone who said yes to everyone but myself. I would over-give, overthink, and make myself overly-responsible for everything around me. I held it all together while quietly disconnecting from my own needs.
By the time I was working as a journalist in my hometown of New York City at the height of the pandemic, and soon after in a high school during one of the most emotionally intense periods in recent history, I was burnt out in ways I didn’t yet have language for. I was functioning, happy even, but I wasn’t living. From the outside my life looked “right,” but inside I often felt heavy and exhausted. I knew there was more — I could feel it — but I couldn't see it from where I was standing.
In the fall of 2021, I said the first big YES to myself that I had in a long time: I left everything behind and took a two-month trip around the country that ultimately led me to Sedona. I didn’t know it at the time, but that decision became a threshold. Sedona was the place where everything got quiet enough for me to hear myself again. And what I heard changed the direction of my life.
I arrived a in Sedona a hopeful traveler who had given everything to a life that no longer fit, and I left with clear direction from my soul that the intuitive gifts I had been quietly using my entire life —guiding people, sensing the unseen, translating energy, holding space—were meant to be my work in the world.
Choosing to follow this calling was not logical. It did not match what I had been conditioned to believe was possible for my life. But it was true. That was the moment I said yes to my soul. And I have been learning how to keep saying yes ever since.
Hi, I’m Sara! I help women stop surviving their lives and start living them — fully, truthfully, and on their own terms.
My work is not about fixing you. I don’t believe you are broken, and I don’t see myself as someone who tells you what to do. I know that you are your own greatest teacher and healer, and my mission is to illuminate your own inner authority and wisdom. I offer tools, practices, and energetic support that help you live from alignment, intuition, and truth.
A place where your decisions come from your soul and not your conditioning.
Today, I am a Transformational Guide and Intuitive Healer. My tools include intuitive reading, tarot, energy healing and reiki, somatic movement, yoga, dance, sound therapy, and guided meditation. But what I actually do is help people come alive.
I help them clear the emotional, energetic, and mental patterns that keep them disconnected from their truth so they can reconnect with their clarity, intuition, and sense of possibility. My deepest purpose is to turn fears into freedom. I have sat with people in grief, transition, awakening, and expansion. I do not avoid what is heavy. And I do not stay there. My work is grounded in the understanding that joy and pleasure are not separate from healing—they are part of it.
I am trauma-informed, deeply compassionate, and direct when needed. I will hold space for what is true in you, and I will also reflect back the version of you that is ready to emerge. I know that you are whole exactly as you are right now. And I know that the life you are hungry for is not out of reach. You are not here to abandon yourself. You are here to express yourself fully.
Say Yes to Your Soul was born from everything I had to learn the hard way:
How to listen to myself.
How to trust myself.
How to stop outsourcing my truth.
How to choose my own life, even when it felt uncertain.
This retreat is the embodiment of that journey. It is a space for women who are ready to stop over-giving, overthinking, and over-explaining their way through life and begin living from a deeper place of alignment and self-trust.
I deeply believe we are each a unique piece of one mysterious, cosmic puzzle. And when we are not expressing our authenticity, something in the world feels it. We feel it. But when we do…
Something opens. Something aligns. And life becomes more alive.
That is what I want for you.
If you feel called here… you already know more than you think.

your Sedona Soul sanctuary
More than a place to stay, this retreat home is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself.
Nestled beneath Sedona's breathtaking red rocks, your Sedona Soul Sanctuary was intentionally chosen to support both transformation and restoration. Between workshops, healing experiences, and adventures, you'll have space to unwind in the barrel sauna, soak in the hot tub beneath the stars, cool off in the pool, and simply let yourself be.
As the sun sets over the desert landscape, gather around the fire pit for meaningful conversations, shared laughter, and inspiring fireside chats with newfound friends. Often, some of the most profound moments of a retreat happen not during the scheduled activities, but in these spontaneous moments of connection.
Healing doesn't only happen during the "work." It happens in the quiet moments too. The moments when you stop rushing. When you exhale. When you allow yourself to be cared for.
For many women, saying yes to their soul begins with something surprisingly simple: believing they are worthy of rest, joy, nourishment, connection, and ease. This space was chosen to help you remember exactly that. When life gets quiet enough, the soul has a way of speaking.

What if I have never done something like this before?
5
You are absolutely welcome!
In fact, many women who attend retreats are experiencing this kind of journey for the first time. Retreats offer something we rarely give ourselves in everyday life: the space to step away from the noise, slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience what becomes possible when you are fully present.
A retreat creates a container for deeper transformation — away from your usual responsibilities, routines, and roles. It gives you the opportunity to rest your nervous system, gain new perspective, connect with like-minded women, and explore parts of yourself that may not have had space to be heard.
You do not need to have experience with spirituality, meditation, energy work, or personal growth. You only need curiosity, openness, and a willingness to meet yourself in a new way.
